Shabbat elevators
Cedars-Sinai lists Elevator 13 in the main building and Elevator 38 in the Saperstein building as stopping at every floor on Shabbat and Yom Tov.
Electric Shabbat candles
Arrange before Shabbat: 310-423-5550 (after hours 310-423-5180). The Chai Lifeline pantry (Room 4202, North Tower) also stocks electric candles.
Chapel
Shabbat and other services are held in the hospital chapel. Siddurim, tallitot and kippot are available.
Staying with a patient

Kosher food on campus

Chai Lifeline Kosher Hospitality Pantry at Cedars-Sinai
Room 4202, 4th floor, North Tower (Pediatric Parent Resource Room). Open 24 hours: kosher microwaves, coffee, Cholov Yisroel dairy, fruit, snacks and microwaveable meals, plus electric candles, grape juice and siddurim for Shabbat and Yom Tov.
